Last time Elycia and I were together we had the idea to have a "blog weekend" the next time we got together and this is the weekend!
We've got a few ideas but we'd like your input on what you'd like to see. Is there a tutorial you'd like us to share, something you'd like to hear our tips on or a question you've been dying to ask? Now's the time!

This sounds like so much fun! Not many ideas here - looking forward to seeing what you guys come up with - some sort of photo challenge with a link-it-up thing would be cool though..

This is more of a simple question than a grand idea, but I wondered if either of you write out a hard copy of a blog post before you type it or do you just wing it?

ReplyDeleteI agree with the others! I short film would be awesome! Mac's have awesome video editing software too--imovie. That program has lots of options for titles, transitions, effects, and music. How about a day in the life of a blogger? Maybe a video of what you do to prep for a photo shot, where you eat, or cool places in your area? or perhaps a video tutorial on Valentine's Day cupcakes and how to decorate them really cute with a V-day theme?

ReplyDeleteI'd love to see some blog design tutorials!! Some simple HTML would be fantastic. Also info on having sponsors, affiliate links, and hosting giveaways etc. would be great!
ReplyDeleteI'd really love to learn about how you go about designing your websites. What programs do you use, why did you choose your platforms/design, etc. Did you teach yourself or hire someone? It's not so fun, I guess, but I'd still love to hear about it sometime!

I wouldnt mind seeing more nail tuts, recipes, exploring photos. Have you ever heard of letter boxing? It's a combination of geocashing and a scavenger hunt! But with hand carved stamps. There's prolly a bunch in Ohio. Look at atlasquest.com
ReplyDeleteWell I would have to say some tips on how to stop nail polishes smudging when you think their dry and put another coat on and you touch it like 15 minutes later and it smudges everywhere grrr I hate it when this happens. Also some of your favourite nail polishes to use ?? that would be cool too :)
