Vegan Peanut Butter Pillows!

Browsing flickr I found a photo of what looked like the most delicious snack ever. I had to hunt down the recipe! So I went straight to my good friend Google and there it was...peanut butter pillows! Some how I managed to have all the ingredients on hand, which is rare, so I made them immediately.

As you can see, they're not the prettiest food. Clearly I prefer things I can make rainbow but peanut butter and chocolate are my favorite combo and my belly sure doesn't mind that these aren't colorful.
Here is a link to the recipe. If you're craving a tasty snack, go make these now!
PS. Don't taste the chocolate dough when you're making these! You won't have much left when it comes time to make the balls if you do. ;)

  29. Oh, this is great! I missed the original post, but found it in your month-end wrap up. Being vegan in my town is very difficult, but these babies should make things much better.

    Thanks!
