Paint Chips.

Inspired by the photo in yesterday's Friday Favorites I went looking for paint chip projects. Here are some amazing projects people have made with them!
Chica and Jo made greeting cards!

Paint Chip Notebooks! Made by: Crab Apple Design

Tiki Lisa has made a bunch of really neat paint chip projects. Here, here and here.

There is a tutorial on designverb to make this card holder.

Found on Ikea Hacker.

This bedroom wall. I. am. in. love! Found on designsponge.

Also, this wall! Found on designsponge as well.

And clocks made from Colin Roberts.

There were so many other really amazing projects as well. I am inspired!

On another note:
  • Ad spots for the month of November are currently avaliable. (It's time to start thinking about the holiday shoppers!!!) The advertising page was just updated last night with new info. You can check that out here.
  • Did you notice the little face lift the blog got yesterday? I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't, it was just a few small changes (that I think make a huge difference)
  • There are also a few new blog buttons to link to us with. They can be found here.
  • The FAQ page was updated slightly.
  • Last but definitely not least, giveaway next week! (possibly Monday, so make sure to check back!)
xoxo.

  1. I am definitely going to attempt a wall of this! We have horrible concrete walls in our apartment, so hanging pictures is a nightmare... but this could work!

  2. This is such a ridiculously cool idea. I especially like the table and the walls. I would love to try out that on my bedroom wall! I could be really stingy and just get a load of freebie paint chips from the DIY store, haha.

And I just spotted 'The Jungle Book' playing on the TV in that picture! Double the awesome points.

Nice new buttons, especially kitty with ice cream - I'm sticking with the little deer, but I love all the options.

  6. i LOVE them on the walls. I have always wanted to do something fun with paint chips, but I always feel guilty taking them in large quantity. So I just grab a few and use them as bookmarks. :)
